Seasons in the Southern Hemisphere works the other way around than the Northern. Even so, in Australia that works in a different way. Aussies simplified it this way:
From 1st June to 31st August = Winter (9/17º C)
From 1st September to 30th November = Spring (14/25º C)
From 1st December to 28th February = Summer (17 /30º C)
From 1st March to 31st May = Autumm (13/20º C)
